How does it work?

We have an extensive list of Indian Takeaways and Restaurants throughout the West Midlands, UK. To make an order, enter your postcode and this displays a list of all the takeaways that deliver to you. You then click on a takeaway of your choice and browse through the menu adding any items you wish which will appear in the basket on the right hand side. To finish you click checkout, then enter your details, choose your address and pay either by card or cash. We do the rest.

Why should I use foods2u?

CityFood4U is the fast and easy way to order from your takeaway. We allow you to browse quickly all the takeaways that deliver in your area with the best offers and the most up to date prices.

Is paying with my credit/debit card secure?

Yes, we use PayPal Transactions and all Credit Cards.

I’m struggling to use the site, can I get some help?

I can’t find my favourite takeaway, will you be adding them?

We are always looking to expand our selection to give you a greater choice, however if there is one in particular you would like to see online, please contact us and we will do our best to sign them up.

My order is late or has not arrived, who do I contact?

If your order is late or hasn’t arrived we would advise you to contact the takeaway directly as they will be able to give you the most up-to-date status of your order. All contact details for the takeaway will be detailed in your confirmation email.

Why should I register with your site?

You will be given the option to register upon placing your first order (just choose a password on the checkout page). Becoming a registered user will provide additional benefits to improve your experience on CityFood4U. Registered users will have their personal details automatically filled for future orders and you can review and re-order your previous orders easily.

How do I pay?

At the checkout page you will be given the option to pay by PayPal / Credit/Debit Card online.

Do I need to register to use foods2u?

You will be given the option to register upon placing your first order, but you are under no obligation to do so.

How do I register?

You will be given the option to register upon placing your first order. It is not possible to register before placing an order, as this wouldn’t provide any benefits.

Where can I find the phone number for a takeaway?

Contact details for the takeaway will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Are the menu prices higher on foods2u?

No. CityFood4U does not permit the inflation of menu prices; you pay exactly the same amount for items on the menu as you would over the phone.

I placed a cash order, but meant to pay with my card, what do I do?

Please contact the takeaway directly using the number provided in your confirmation email and let them know that you intend to place another order using your Credit/Debit Card. The first order will be cancelled.

How do I add a new address/location to my account?

Make sure you are logged in, return to the CityFood4u homepage and enter your new postcode. Place an order as usual and the address will automatically be added to your account.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Although we process all refunds immediately, it will typically take between 3-5 working days to reach your account and appear on your statement. This time frame can vary depending on your bank/card issuer and is not something we are able to control or expedite.
